If you are already registered in the Krishi Katha service, you will receive a call from Krishi Katha and you can access all the features of the service.

Profiling

To profile a farmer, please follow the steps below:

    1. Click on the Web Form Link (attached here)

    2. Click on the Login Tab and type Username/Email Id and Password

    3. Click on the Survey Platform

    4. Click on Activated Surveys

    5. Click on Profiling

    6. Type Phone Number

    7. Start Survey

    8. Choose language: English/Bengali

    9. Start entry of farmer details in Web Form

General Advisory

Services Offered

* Awareness creation:

    ADMI district teams are creating awareness among the WUA farmers during the WUA meetings in the villages, motivating farmers about the advantage of Krishi katha and collecting the mobile numbers of willing farmers.

* Farmers registration/Profiling:

    Profiling data of farmers are collected and farmers are registered in the service.

* Training / handholding support :

    To increase the engagement with the service, farmers are provided with online and in-person training on how to use the service.

* Mobile based audio message service:

    i. Weekly advisory

    -

    Based on the profile, farmers receive two advisories every week in Bengali.

    ii. IVR services

    -

      1. Farmers can ask a question & receive a response within 48 hours for any crop/fish
      2. Farmers can listen to all the previous weekly advisories sent to him/her.
      3. Farmers can listen to the top 5 most frequently asked questions on the service.
      4. Farmers can listen to all previous questions & answers.

* WhatsApp message service:

    State level, District level and WUA level whatsApp groups are created for sharing weekly advisory services and FAQs of all the crops/fishery advisories released by the project from time to time.

* General/scheduled advisory:

    General/scheduled advisories for all the crops/fishery are readily available on the website for the field team to share the relevant information with the WUA members as per their requirements.

* Feedback:

    Regular feedback sessions are conducted with the farmers to improve the service.

* Internal Advisory approval system:

    WhatsApp groups created for agriculture and fishery to address the questions asked by the farmers by respective district specialists and the same is validated by the SPMU experts. Final answers are approved in the Advisory approval group. On the approval of the answer necessary audio messages are created and shared with the concerned farmers. Same is expected to be shared through whatsApp groups for the information of all the WUAs also.
